I am Assistant Teacher at the Department of Pedagogy and Andragogy, University of Belgrade, a researcher at the Institute for Pedagogy and Andragogy, and an associate of the Adult Education Society. I am an experienced trainer and supervisor in several areas of AE and LLL and holder of SVEB certificate, having worked with organisations including OSCE, UNESCO, USAiD, GIZ, DVV International, and KulturKontakt, in areas varying from professional development of adult educators and teachers, to developing mentoring skills among members of judiciary, and on a range of issues including gender equality and youth unemployment, in diverse cultural contexts. I participated in the first EAEA younger staff training in 2011 and am actively involved in EU projects, particularly from the aspect of quality assurance. I am also a member of ESREA and BASOPED, Assistant Editor of adult education journal Andragogical Studies, and author of numerous publications. I am passionate about diversity in learning methodologies that foster personal and community empowerment, professionalisation of adult education, history and philosophy of adult education, comparative adult education, art in education and gender equality.

I hold a PhD in Andragogy from the University of Belgrade, and an MA in Counselling Studies obtained at the University of Nottingham. The topic of my PhD thesis is Epistemological assumptions and power relations in adult education. I am a committed learner, currently partaking in courses in psychodrama and drama therapy.
